RAD Bookings – Terms & Conditions

By making a booking through RAD Bookings, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. All tickets must be paid for in full through the available online payment gateway.
2. Once payment has been successfully completed, the customer will receive an e-ticket, invoice, and booking details electronically.
3. Customers are responsible for verifying all booking details before completing payment, including passenger information, travel date, route, boarding point, and number of seats.
4. All ticket payments are non-refundable.
5. Date transfers are permitted only within 14 days of the original boarding date and are subject to seat availability.
6. Requests to transfer a booking to another date must be submitted at least 3 hours before the original boarding time.
7. Once a ticket has been transferred to another date, further changes may not be permitted.
8. Customers must present a valid e-ticket when boarding.
9. RAD Bookings is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer during the booking process.
10. If a payment fails or is unsuccessful, the booking will not be considered confirmed until the payment has been successfully verified.
